Introductory Clinical Dental Assistant (OTJ) No experience necessary
Smileboston Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry is a fun and energetic workplace offering the latest technology in a comfortable clinical environment. Yearly, we have openings for a full-time On The Job (OTJ) dental assistant. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, just a great attitude and a can-do mentality.
Our ideal candidate…
- Approaches any challenge with a positive attitude.
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- NO dental experience is necessary. This is an introductory position for an individual looking to enter the dental field. Our past team members were dental school applicants and applied for one-year positions. Long-term position available.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Requirements:
- Will have to submit an OTJ letter to the Dental Board, and we will assist.
- Online infection control certificate
- CPR certificate
- Radiation certification
- Experience:
- Customer Service: 3 year (Preferred)
- License: Will have to submit an OTJ letter to the Dental Board, and we will assist.
Salary starts at $20-23 per hour and is raised to $24-26 upon state DA licensing.

We are expanding and have an immediate opening for a full-time CAREER Scheduling / Marketing Manager. This position will involve communicating with patients all day by phone and in person, managing the hygiene schedule, and assisting the VP Marketing.
NO DENTAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED, just a happy, “do whatever is needed to make the patient smile,” attitude.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years dental office management or leadership experience.
- Proven customer service background and team supervision experience.
