I went to see Dr. Spitz as a former dentist had convinced me to do some unnecessary work along with some that needed to be done. If that was not enough the former dentist botched the work. Doctor Spitz corrected the work and did an awesome job. I have now been with him for close to 20 years.

TLDR: Come here for amazing work and care! I’ve had an amazing experience with all the staff who work here. First, my dental hygienist Shawn did amazing work and made me feel so comfortable. She noted problems with my wisdom teeth that my previous dentist/hygienist did not tell me about. I originally came to Smile Boston upset and looking for help because I was experiencing pain from a crown placed on my implant. I felt dismissed by my old dentist and needed someone in my corner. Dr.Spitz (amazing name for a dentist) gave me a second opinion and even called my previous dentist for me to explain what was wrong with my crown. Andrew at the front desk is well loved by reviewers for a reason. He communicated with my previous dentist for me and also explained to me how refunds through my previous dentist with insurance work. Thank you!! I ended up switching to Dr.Spitz who made me a new crown in three weeks. I was admittedly a little scared because of my previous experience, but I left the office with zero pain. I can’t even tell my crown is there, it feels like a normal tooth. He made X-rays at every step of the process to show me how he customized the crown for a perfect fit. Dr.Spitz even gave me a 3D printed model of my teeth, implant included. A great touch! The practice also has really interesting tech. I was intrigued by all the modern equipment and Dr.Spitz was happy to tell me all about it. Thank you, really. I will recommend SmileBoston to anyone I know looking for an implant or for anything else. Ask Dr. Spitz about his amazing work on animals!
