I recently joined the SmileBoston team as an assistant and decided to have my teeth cleaned here. My hygienist, Becky, was very friendly and clearly explained each step of the process. She was thorough yet efficient, and managed to remove the staining from my teeth. Becky's skills and passion are evident in the care she provides, and I am very happy with my experience!

A google search looking for the "Best prosthodontist in Boston area" is what led me to Smileboston—and those search results certainly led me in the right direction! After reading many 5-star reviews, it's no surprise that I'm writing one myself. My experience with this office started with Andrew who works at the front desk. I needed help navigating my insurance benefits and Andrew went above and beyond helping me gather the information I needed and helped me save some money by doing so. Very professional, helpful and kind. Once I was at the office for my appointment, I was greeted by Andrew and then led to the exam room by Holly (also very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable) where Dr. Spitz met met us. Holly and Dr. Spitz did an initial exam and then we discussed the findings. I was most pleased with the way Dr. Spitz seemed to have ample time to answer all of my questions and have an in-depth discussion about treatment options without being rushed. Because of this, I am going to be able to make an educated and informed decision about my dental treatment and feel confident about the treatment plan. Dr. Spitz has been practicing for decades and it shows in his professionalism, knowledge, calm demeanor, and interest in my individual case. I'm very particular about dental offices and from just one visit (so far) to Smileboston, I can say this is a great practice that's focused on helping patients and is uninterested in pushing unnecessary procedures. I will be returning to Smileboston and I hope this review helps you decide to do the same! Adding to this initial post months later, I feel the same and then some! I just completed my Invisalign treatment and am very pleased with the results. Not only is my bite corrected as intended, but my grinding has ceased and my masseter muscle pain has resolved! I was spending a lot of money using Botox to relieve this jaw pain, but now that my bite is corrected and I am no longer clenching and grinding, that pain has resolved and I couldn’t be happier! Please do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment at Smileboston. You’ll be so happy you did!

I have continued to receive excellent care over past few years. This week I had a cracked filling removed and crown procedure under conscious sedation. I did not feel any pain at all during novacaine shot or procedure. With reduced level of sedation I had a quick recovery next day, no side effects and tooth feels completely normal. Excellent communication prior to procedure. Thank you!
