Boston Dental consultation and financial expectations
From your first visit to our office, you'll notice that we do things very differently. We love what we do and take the time to create exactly the kind of beautiful, healthy smile that suits you.
During your first visit, you and Dr. Spitz will sit together to discuss what you want to achieve from your dental treatment, and what can be done to get you there. This is a great opportunity to get answers to questions about your treatment. At this point Dr. Spitz will create your personal before and after pictures. This will provide a visual point of reference as you discuss the end result together, and gives you something to compare the final results to.
During your second visit you will see our Registered Dental Hygienist, for a thorough hygiene appointment. This visit will include a dental cleaning, an oral cancer screening and a periodontal evaluation. Dr. Spitz will follow with a thorough dental examination. He will use the information he gathers during your evaluation to create a detailed plan of treatment tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Next, you and Dr. Spitz will discuss your treatment plan, during which he will outline in detail the various options available to achieve your ideal smile. Once your treatment plan is finalized, our remarkable Patient Relations Coordinator will sit with you and outline the many financial options available.

Financial Expectations
Once you have chosen the medical treatment that is best for you, we will sit and determine the estimated time it will take to complete your treatment. We will then make payment arrangements to coincide with this estimated time period.
We accept insurance directly for Delta Dental and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We offer financing through several dental financing companies, and we accept most major credit cards for those earning travel miles. Give us a call and we can answer any questions you may have regarding any of our payment options, insurance, or other matters.
